Kissing is good for your teeth, official! There are many health benefits of kissing – it can prevent tooth decay because it stimulates saliva flow which brings down plaque levels. It also helps to tone your cheek and jaw muscles which means they are less likely to sag and it can aid in weight loss with an estimate of burning two calories per minute!
Sexual therapists say that the first kiss is a good way to work out whether there is any chemistry between potential couples. This is because kissing releases pheromones – chemical messengers that signal sexual attraction and if these pheromones aren't ‘in unison' then you aren't likely to hit it off. But why not give it a go...you never know...a cheeky kiss might lead you to find your potential soul mate!
