The Medi-Key keyboard has been specifically designed to lead the fight in Infection Control. It has been tested to meet the strict demands of the A&E, Ward and OR hospital environment .

Manufactured using hypoallergenic latex free silicone rubber, coated to provide excellent mechanical and chemical resistance to chlorine and alcohol based disinfectants; as a secondary defence it incorporates antimicrobial Silver Ion Technology for the effective control of bacteria, including E-coli and MRSA.

To ensure an effective cleaning program, the Medi-Key self monitors its' usage and advises an appropriate cleaning schedule through the use of the Smart Disinfect function, without the need for replacable covers.

The keyboard is aesthetically designed in white (other colours available on request), and is suitable for most lighting conditions without the need for backlighting. However, back illumination is available for low light enviroments, for both patient and hospital staff applications.

The quiet and reliable switching action, compared with other types of keyboard, makes it the preferred choice for bedside and ward applications. It's integrated touchpad, compact and stylish design adds to the user experience and compliments the systems of many OEM partners.
