How it works
The Backup On Demand offsite backup software runs a daily fully automated offsite backup of your important files and data. This allows you to dedicate your valuable time to your patients instead of your daily data backup.
After the simple installation of the software you/we select the files and/or directories that are important to you. This only have to be done this first time, but it's possible to change the selection later on if required.
The first time a full offsite backup will be made from the selected files. After encryption and compression these are sent to the our offsite servers for safe storage through a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)connection.
From that moment on, a daily/hourly/continuously (incremental) backup will be made of all new and changed files. This on a schedule determined by yourself.
After each backup you'll receive an e-mail notification with a detailed report of your backup. If our servers didn't receive your scheduled backup you will also be notified.
Your files will be stored at two secure locations to ensure that there's always a copy of your data available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
